This one is a great video. Stephen Hawking probably means well but unfortunatelly his ideas are indeed very destructive. The ancient Greeks said that the human mind is not capable of discerning truth from falsehood.
Nonetheless, physicists have contributed immensly to society and the innovations of physics are undeniable. Even the newtonian paradigm has its place. How else would have we built cars, planes and space shuttles? It has its limitations but liniar physics have a major role in our world. Now this doesn’t mean that we have to give in to paradigm blindness and deny everything that runs contrary to our paradigm. Openness is a great attitude to have.
What is fascinating is that quantum physics actually states that our universe cannot be accurately observed without taking into account the observer itself.
I read “the grand design” and I found it dificult, interesting and brave. I am human whith concsiusness and I feel great with been just a “biological robot”. I don´t agree whith you
Honestly, I see the point of Mr. Mike Adams and I commend him for his broad and wide insight about consciousness, free-will and science. Well obviously there are many claims from mathematics, physics, and science about the “real and truth” in our life. All of these are giving explanation and /or solutions in various situations. We have to acknowledge its contributions hence, we also need to scrutinize and use our conscious mind, free-will to further examine and evaluate all the claims and/or facts.
For me regardless of whether it is true, truth, facts and this theory explains everything. What really important is we used it for the goods of majority not for our vested interest. All mistakes has an opportunity for change/development. We must bear in mind that we are here on earth to plant good seed and not to destroy our society. Its a matter of sowing and reaping principles.
